Please note that because we are a small company (at the moment!) you may have to leave a message, but we will return your call promptly!
A: If you registered with the Tally One store (separate registration from TallyOne.com) simply click on “My Account” at the top of the page. If you are not currently logged in, you will be required to do so before accessing your account information. Once logged in click “Completed Orders” to view a comprehensive history of orders made on your account, or click “View Order Status” to view orders that you are currently awaiting.

A: Yes, Tally One offers your choice of international shipping via United States Postal Service (USPS) or FedEx. Rates are displayed during the checkout process for your convenience.
A: To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at 1-888-737-3734 and provide us with the order number to be cancelled. If you prefer to email us with your cancelation you may do so at: service@TallyOne.com. If you email us, please provide us a contact phone number so we can confirm your cancellation. You may cancel your order for any reason and no one at Tally One will ask you to reconsider (we hate over-aggressive sales people!)
A: During the checkout process you will be shown rates for standard shipping (USPS) and expedited shipping (USPS and FedEx). You will be able to select the shipping method that works best for you. TallyOne.com registered users (a registration separate from registration on our store…sorry, we’re working on it!) receive a discount sufficient to offset standard domestic (U.S.) shipping rates.
A: Simply go to www.TallyOne.com (or from the store click “The Hangar”) and select “Registration” at the top right of the page. Registration is free and you can sign up here. Each month members are emailed a code that will apply a discount sufficient to offset standard shipping. From your shopping cart, simply enter that code in the space labeled “Coupon Code”, and the discount will be applied.
A: Before you proceed to checkout, you will be given an opportunity to enter a promotion code (a.k.a. coupon code) to be applied toward your purchase. Click “View Cart” on the far right side of the navigation bar and enter your code where it says “Coupon Code”.
A: Until our lawmakers pass the Marketplace Fairness Act (a.k.a. Let’s Give WalMart Even More of an Advantage Act) sales tax will not be applied to your order. Let’s hope it stays that way!
A: Tally One is an approved Authorize.net merchant. As such you may pay securely using Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. You may also pay for your purchases with PayPal.
A: That all depends on the minions of the cyberworld. Typically, the authorization is completed immediately and charge shows up as pending on your account shortly thereafter.
A: Once your order has been processed for shipment you will receive an email from sales@tallyone.com with a tracking number and carrier. If you have not received this email within 24 hours of your purchase, please double check your SPAM folder in case it was marked as such by your email program. If there is still no sign of your email with tracking number please email us at service@tallyone.com or call us at 1-888-737-3734 and we will make sure you get a tracking number.
